Help! Bloodwork came back nasty 3 weeks into cycle.

On my 4th cycle, just got bloodwork done 3 weeks into cycle...

I'm running about 200mg of prop per WEEK, and test lvl came back 1500+. Also running tren ace, about 350mg a week as well. Tbol at 90mg. Adex .5mg E3D, caber E3D. Issue is this...

AST/ALT levels came back 278/597 (20s range precycle), with red letters saying ALERT HIGH. is Tbol supposed to be this toxic? or is this even normal with an oral?

Estradiol levels came back 600 (16 pre cycle). I immediately freaked out. I just took 1mg of Adex and 25mg of Aromasin leftover from last cycle.

So, what should I do? Numbers are so high I'm freaking out.

Tren and tbol are both toxic... I recommend you get this ASAP. Take 500mg day 1 then 250mg thereafter. That is how I've done it in the past. Now I run it every cycle from day 1.

Should be running N-Acetyl Cysteine at 1200-1800 mg/day while on the oral; I'd stay at 1200mg while on the tren as well. 600mg/day on and off cycle for good liver prophylactic health.

I'm on just 200mg of Test per week, but test shows 1500+. I think this is bit much, don't u all think? I expected less than 1000. This is making it hard to decide how much adex to use.

Well firstly you don't dose your adex based on test levels you dose it based on E2 levels.
How are you using the prop. every other day or every day?
1500+ is pretty high but hard to say as it may be 1501 or 2500 who knows. My thoughts are that it can be from overdosed prop as well as the tren may be cut with test. Hard to say

I can't see my accurate estrogen levels that's the problem. Tren is showing up as estrogen on the lab tests done, I just found that out on many different threads. If test level is below 1000 I wouldn't bother with AI. Now that it's 1500+ and I don't know exact level, I can't even guess where my estrogen is, period.

I don't claim to be an expert by any means, but are you experiencing any side effects of high e2? Are you retaining a bunch of water, are your nipples puff, are they extremely sore, do you feel any small bumps behind, or around the nipple area?

If your e2 was too high, you really should be seeing side effects, if not, then at least that part is probably ok. You could always raise your AI dose a little and see if anything changes, but if your joints start to ache, take it back down.
