Man I almost posted a Thread " Help I can't stop eating "

Sounds like you still have the aftereffects of flu. Its very common and your appetite should increase gradually as you get better.

Remember eating your veggies and upping your cardio increases the strength of your imune system.

Sugar decreases it.

Never had blood work done. Feel much better but appetite suffers still. I will give it time and try to work back up. I start off fealing hungry and after half my meal I am full and cant finish then I find I dont get hungry for hours later. I went from a 4500 cal diet to probably under 1k cal now.

Eat what you can. If you have a bad apetite right now, make sure you are making good eating choices and getting the most out of your limited meals.

Also try doing some morning cardio. That tends to make me eat like a mad man for the rest of the day.

How exactly does sugar decrease the immune system?

Try this and add a supplement called "Black Hole" from Controlled Labs US..

good read, i did not know that. I typically don't take in a great amount of sugars but will keep a good eye on it now.
