HELP!!, gyno on one nipple?

Hey guys, just starting a pentadex300 cycle , did my first pin yesterday on the chest 1ml. Just noticed my nipple on that side is a little swollen, nothing on the left side. Think it's the gear? should I give it some time and watch it or hit it with nolva?

I assume I can stop nolva? or should I take some every other day?
I've done this cycle a year ago, no side affects, and no predisposition to gyno.

if you really thought you had gyno the day after your 1st injection then you are not ready for steroids. why would you possibly start something this serious without knowing what your doing.

I didn't know I should be able to do a dissertation on every aspect of roids before I do a cycle. I got some advice on which to take, got all my pct products before starting, which cost 3X more than my gear. I noticed a lump that was new and this never happened before so I google it and get bombarded with gyno results so I ask the pros.
