Hey guys, ive been lifting for 2 years now, im 190 lbs. Been hitting the gym hard taking in my supplements but some how i feel like a hit a wall. I changed my routine but so far im not seeing any gains. So i wana step up my gam e and start using gear, the thing is im really a novice to gear i would love to be educated about it. Maybe get info on a starter cycle?? Dosage? Etc. Any help?
