Help!!i need help to increase appetite

Well i just emailed 3J and im going to go with one of his plans,i cant wait after all the reviews and post ive read,the only problem i have is appetite,i just dont have one and i havt to make myself eat,i dont know if its this extremely hot weather or what,would anyone please help me with some good advice on how to increase my appetite,much appreciated all!!

yep 2 GOOD things for you and will make you eat:

giger root (pills?)
Tumeric/curcuman (pills?)
