hey I'm 21 years old and have been training for about a year now and need to do something to make myself GROW. I want to get to 220-30lbs but im at 170 right now and am still skinny. I just changed it so that I'm working out 4 times a week tues/wed/fri/sat with heavy weight(heavy as I can possibly go) and 8 reps. do you think this will work lol I'm sick of being the skinny guyand ready to do something about it! problem is, I have a fast metab, so its hard for me to gain weight...got any ideas on how to pack on the size?
