the best idea is to take the right kind of protein shake at the right time, so there really isn't a "perfect" protein that can or will the best protein, but I have to agree a mix of all the different forms isn't a bad way to go.
i use the team skip blend for all times of the day. even post work out, i just add a scoop of dextrose. I know this probably isnt the best way but its 1/3 whey so i doubt it makes that much of a difference.
