I have a small waste (8 pack) nice v taper now, but i want it to get better. I ahve been doing abs 5 times a week. My obliques seem to get bigger(not good for my v taper)
a large portion of the V taper is attributed to the lats but dont forget the side delts , they are the absolute widest place on your body and well developed side delts are essential for a big V
deadlift and squat, i weigh 265 and have never had a V until i started dealifting and squatting, if you incorporate deadlifts and squats into your routine then you will also see overall growth in the rest of your body
