Help me please, need to lose 60 lbs!

Ok so here are my questions and problems and I would like advice from the people who know this stuff best! YOU!

I played at the highest level of baseball in college possible and I got hurt (2 years ago). I hurt my ankle and had 2 surgeries and went from being 220 lbs to 280 lbs. I am 6'1, I was always a wider guy, but I need to find a way to get back to 215-220. I can't run because of my ankle (avascular necrosis of the talus bone). I am back to the gym now, and I am swimming in the morning, and lifting and swimming at night and eating much healthier. I have lost a few lbs but have been slimming more than anything which leads me to believe I am building muscle at the same rate I am losing weight.

I have done research on Anvar, Clenbuteral and Winstrol. I still can't figure out which one to take, or to take them all as a stack (I don't want to inject, which sounds hypocritical coming from a former baseball player haha). I will just say I need to lose 60 lbs not only for my health but also to keep the weight off my ankle which will let me hopefully avoid more problems down the road. I know realistically my goal should be to lose 60 lbs in 2 years since thats how long it took me to put it on, but I don't want to wait that long. I am willing to put in the time and the work and just want something to help take with it to help shed the fat the fastest way possible (would love to be able to lose about 30 by summer). If there is maybe something else I should take or something better please let me know!

Diet and c ardio and patients is all I got for you mayne, how old are you also ??
 
I am 23 now... Cardio is tough man because I can't run and its what I am used to doing... I am just now starting to swim but I haven't quite perfected it to where I know I am getting just as good of a burn as I used to get... I would love to basically burn fat and be able to get stronger as in lean body mass....

Probably little to young for juice , but ride a bike , mayne , there are so many other variations to Cardio, and is always harder to loose the fat than it was to gain, there are no quick fixes, unless you do crack or some other dumb shit... lol. But I mean try some stackers , I got a buddy who cut down junk foods and took stackers and lost 45 pounds in 4.5 months... Just an Idea.
 
Yeah I was riding a bike but I still don't feel I get the same kind of workout from it.... I haven't looked much into stackers, is it similar to hydroxycut? What benefits would I get from taking Anvar, Clenbuteral or Winstrol? I have had a bunch of people tell me to take Winstrol as it will jump start what I am trying to do and thats basically what I am looking for more or less...
 
Dunno mayne , never fucked with that, Some other cats on here will get you some info... Stackers is like any diet pill. You just gotta find what works, but yeah, wait someone will let you know on the other shit, or ya can google it ...
 
Yeah I have googled this stuff about information and I get 100 different answers it seems like.... The people on here I would imagine might know more about the stuff and I am getting first hand knowledge from people who have tried or taken these drugs...
 
I just dont see no one using aas for weight loss, I mean unless they are a body builder... I dunno though , its usually used to enhance someone already in shape, I just dont think it sounds good to use as a dietary supplement , sorry mayne , but thats just my oppinion...
 
Sorry to inform you that there are not any steroids that will make you lose bodyfat and weight. They are just not designed to do that.

Everyone thinks Winstrol will get you cut......that is one of the biggest misconceptions of the general population. Winstrol will help remove water from your muscles and make you look more cut. It is basically useless until you get to single diget BF%, and that is why it is best used by guys competing and right before a show.

Your best and only options are diet, cardio, and possibly a OTC fat burner.
 
What kind of OTC fat burner have you heard to work best then? I just heard stacker was solid... I read Clenbuteral is very similar to OTC fat burners and acts as a thermogenic, is this correct?
 
Over the counter is really a hit and miss have you tried the hydroxy cut ?? The stacker worked for my buddy but everyone is different...... I have heard hydroxy cut is the shit too though..
 
Yeah I tried it awhile back when I was in pretty good shape but didn't stick to it as I couldn't stick to taking 3 pills 3 times a day... haha Something I could do now, but I mean swimming twice a day and lifting has been helping a bunch I just have a long road ahead of me... I would just love to lose 30 lbs of fat by summer, and one of the best ways to burn fat as well is to gain muscle...
 
+ 1 you got that right, just eat clean, stop all the junk food and use a dietary aid, I am sure you ll be amazed, I ve heard swimming is the best cardio you can do...
 
Jump rope ... kettle ball ... maybe a 10x3 workout with short rest intervals ... farmer's walks ... weight vest and walking ... so much you can do.
 
If your going to take Hydroxy Cut take double. Recently, because of lawsuits, they cut the dose in 1/2.

Start moving more, eating what you know you need to.

I cut out carbs like bread, rice and cereal or at least limit it to one serving a day before 4pm so, your body has time to digest it before you go to bed.
 
Thanks... but if I am swimming 2 times a day and lifting once a day, isn't it a good idea to get some carbs in? I am in Canada right now, you think its a good idea to pick some stuff up here before I go back?
 
I believe you indicated you wanted low impact due to your injury and the stress your bodyweight will put on it ? AM aerobics..the longer the bettter ..swimming is good..(I sink like a rock..negative bouancey and all that.) Exer. bike and eleptical are easy on my joints...patience my man.

Exactly, I can't run... Avascular necrosis of the talus bone means my artery got detached from my talus bone in my ankle and I have had 2 surgeries to stimulate blood flow to that bone so it basically wont die. Its a slow process so low impact is all I can do, part of the reason I had a 2nd surgery is because I rushed back to fast since I had a minor league contract waiting for me if I had another good year... I just wanna know the fastest and best way to lose weight and build lean muscle, along with knowing if there is anything I can take to help enhance this... I am willing to put in the work and time and money so long as I know what I am doing and not just taking a shot in the dark.... :)
