Help me to calculate test prop

Lets say I was happy with Sust and with 250mg once a week.
But I think there can be an improvement in ending the cycle
Planning the following:

Week 1-12 E5D Sust250
Week 13-15 E?D Test Propionate
Week 16 Start PCT

Can You help me in calculating the Test Prop?
How much and how frequent should it be?
(btw: what is the sizing of an amp of test prop, 50mg, 100mg ?)

I would do 100mg EOD (350mg a week), the same dose as your Sustanon.

Propionate is usually 50mg/ml up to 100mg /ml.

why would you want to use prop in the end just so the long esters clear your body before you start PCT?

yes that is why

I would rethink your sustanon dosing. I would run it at least E3D.

100mg EOD would be good to end on with prop though.
