help me with my weakness:my arms

Hi bro,

I have few cycles under my belt but I always have the same problem: my arms. Next week I'll begin my new programm: my goal is to explode my weakness (arms and quads)

Day 1: Legs
Day 2: trap+arms
Day 3:OFF
Day 4: chest+shoulders+back
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: arms
Day 7: OFF

I'll train my arms and my legs twice a week; do u think it's a good plan?
Last question: how many reps do u do for arms (in the past I did 10-12 sets for bi+10-12 sets for tri...it is enough?) BB with huge arms pls describe me your routine for your arms.

I nearly forget: my current cycle:750mg test/w + 150mg deca phenyl/eod

Make sure that there is no soreness left from the previous workout when the next leg or arm day comes around. If there is, spread out the distance between them. 10-12 sets are fine for bi's and tri's. Something that has worked well for me has been doing supersets with my bi's and tri's. Pick a exercise for bi's and an exercise for tri's and do them back to back. Then do the same with two different exercises, and repeat until your workout is completed.
 
Arm proportions are very tied to genetics. If you genetically have small arms, your best bet is to bring up your overall body weight. As a general rule of thumb, most people will put on 1" of arm size for every 15 pounds that they gain. So I probably wouldn't be obnoxious in saying the best way to grow your arms is to do squats...
 
The more I rest my arms the more they grow. I could never do arms twice a week. When I do hit my bis and tris I always superset something.
