Sorry about my bad english.
I´m writing on behalf of my girlfriend. She is going to compete in Figure Fitness Championships in April. This will be her second competition. Her novice competition went well. This time the competition will be harder.
She was thinking about dieting 15 weeks this time and her diet starts in the beginning of January 2005.
She wants to be in her best ever condition. She wants to be hard, full and ripped. And she wants to gain good quality muscle.
She has done one cycle with Winstrol Depot and the gains were quite good. She would like to try Anavar this time. What kind of cycle you would recommend for Anavar. When shoud she stop using Anavar before competition. Would you recommend stacking it with some other steroids. Would you recommend using clen with Anavar?
She is eating clean right now and she is in better condition now than before starting her first diet. She uses recovery drinks, whey protein, maltodextrin (in her recovery drink), l-glutamine, creatine, glucosamine, multivitamins and -minerals and fishoils. What suppelements you recommend for her diet?
