A little about me, im 21 181 lbs, 17% BF and 5'7 in height, recently completed a week 1 - 6 Dbol 30 mg and week 1 - 12 test e 500 mg cycle. Gained about 20 lbs on cycle.
My post cycle therapy (pct) involved Liquid Tamox (Nolvadex) and Liquid Clomi (Clomid) and 20mg and 35mg respectfully. Did a blood test after 3 weeks and my test levels were perfectly fine, the doctor said I don't need therapy anymore as im fully recovered, he's been my doctor since i was 5 and knows i was on juice.
For them who are lazy and don't want to bother reading about my cycle atleast read and answer the question!
I know cutting down real soon would be bad as its still early and need time for the new muscle mass to sit in how ever I was wondering if a slow and steady caloric decrease would do much harm, I don't really like being at this % BF and want to get lean again, and stay lean. I will be taking creatine, bcaa's and high protein diet as well, thoughts on a slow cut?
EDIT OFFTOPIC QUESTION: Is it just me, or does the DBOL get you fat? My calorie surplus wasn't that high and I was 13% before.
