don't forget to shake up your orals. 50mg is not always 50mg in oral form. in pill form either really, especially with caps.... but with caps it's usually the difference of +/- 2 or so mg... orals are suspensions. many of them will not disolve fully in so that it is all mixed perfectly even throughout. many will settle to the bottom given time, etc. shake up any oral you before giving it to your rat, otherwise you might not be getting anything for the first little while or something and then effectively increasing the dosage on the remainder of the bottle.... for most things this sort of variance isn't a big deal.
but you don't want to fuck around with something like pramipexole liquid where you're ending up taking a concentrated shot of it that day and double your dosage or some shit.
many liquids end up alright, but some just don't mix in as well as others.
personally, when i have the chance, i usually go with tabs or caps. i used to make some orals myself from time to time though when i was playing ball in asia. used to put them together with our trainer actually. haha. those were the days!
