help on a four day split?????

hey fellas I am redesigning my routine and would like to work a four day split.....My goals are mass, for sure....specifically larger shoulders and larger legs....I am pretty balanced elsewhere........what do you think of this workout.........Day 1..chest, triceps, traps
Day 2. legs......
Day 3. back biceps, traps
Day 4. Shoulders, forearms
Day...OFF....
******...........Repeat Day One............******
I chose not to include abs or calves as I already have a ripped midsection and massive calves.....I pretty much planned on doing heavy weight with a 1-3-0 tempo ( 1second up ,3 seconds down) to emphasize more on the negative.....Any input on this??????????excercises?????? any feedback would be appreciated......thanks....RPW
 
first of all if u want mass working out 4 days in a row is going to be taxing on the body. But u can do it if u want.

Day: chest/bis
2: legs
3: 0ff
4: shoulders
5: back/tris
6 & 7: off

If you wanna add mass do all the basic lifts and dont count on those fancy machines too get u results.

With this spilt you can do deadlifts and squats and get enought rest.

So basic: Deadlifts, bench, chin ups, dips, Military press, Barbell curls/dumbell W/ a few more.

So you are going to be traning with 5-8 reps? Resting 1-2min?

Mon Chest-Shoulders
Tu Back
Wen Off
Th Thighs
Fri Bi-Tri
Sat Off
Sun Off

Allows u to train the two largest muscle groups by themselves. And leaves weekend free for partying. :40oz:
