5000 calories and 2g protein dammmmm idk if i can do that...i could barely do the 3k and i did 1-1.5 g of protein...wow i can try it lol thanks tho
 
I'm not backing anyone up. I'll tell anyone on this forum who is 155lbs and thinks they know everything about what it takes to grow the same thing. I will them NO YOU DON"T KNOW EVERYTHING. GO READ. STOP ASKING DUMB QUESTIONS. it's obvious you haven't been reading all the other threads available to get informed. You probably hurried and signed up and then post this as your first thread with out doing any of your own research. AM I ABOUT RIGHT? are you just trying to be spoon fed with information? The info is already there go find it. Put on 35lbs then come ask us when you understand more then you will be able to understand us when we give you the advice.

first of all i wouldnt be posting if "i thought i knew it all".....second of all i have researched (not this site) proper diets for ppl my size and been advised by coaches....never had i been told to eat 5000 + calories considering my size....but if thats what it takes so be it.....and the threads are to help ppl out not to be douchebags....and theres nothing wrong with being 155, u say it like its horrible....and yes u were riding him cuz u had NO reason to even comment ....so the point is i am somewhat informed...not a professional and neither are you....peace
 
seriously though....you just have to force the food down...say goodbye to hunger cause you should feel full all day...well I feel full all day but you might not
 
I didnt give you any advice because I was tired of telling lil guys like yourself to eat all day and none of you fuckin listen anyway...if you want to bulk then you have to eat and train....if your boxing then your frame is what god gave you....with as much cardio as you do it will be hard to biuld...what are you willing to sacrifice?

You are right this forum is here to help people. I guess you missed my advice. Stop posting. Do read up. You will find ALL the info you need. After hours of research you find you don't fully understand something come ask. People just get tired of. I wanna cycle. I don't understand anything. Tell me what do to. 155 isn't a bad thing. It just shows people here that your diet it isn't up to par and you are just trying to take the short cut. Which doesn't make sense because with out the right diet you wont grow and if you do. You wont keep any of the gains you made.

btw, it's probably half to do with the angle of the pic, half to do with your head being pointed down and you having short hair, and half to do with the fact that half your arm is cut off in the pic so it looks ultra skinny.... but that pic definitely has he "mclovin 21" type of 21 feel to it.
