help please

Well I have 4 weeks till spring break and want to get cut! Im 172 5'11'' and not fat at all. I dont want to lose muscle but want to have cut abs. Should I take a cutting suplement? I am cutting out most surgars and carbs. I am also starting to run every day. Tell me what would be the fastest way for me to do this with out losing muscle mass. thanks Mike....
 
ECA 3 times a day. Cardio 45mins in AM on empty stomach(or have light proshake before hand with zero carbs)

Train heavy. 3 times a week.

Run clen if you want 2 weeks on 2 off alternated with ECA.
