Help, really clueless

Hey everyone.
I was wondering if anyone could give me advice. I want to start a course of steroids but don't know what to take. Firstly the easiest steroid I can get my hand on is pinkies. They are 5mg tabs and I need advice.
I've just turned 18.
I want to know how much I should take and when I should take it. Or rather if I should take it and what else I should take in conjunction with the steroids. How long I should take for etc. I know hardly anything about them so anything anyone could tell me would be highly appreciated.

first of all you need to do some research, their is so much to learn we cant spoon feed you........you need at least a basic understanding. everything is right here on this site to learn.

with that being said, your too young for steroids and honestly you just dont need them yet, your test levels are already through the roof.

im willing to bet you do not know how to eat to accomplish your goals, and without that foundation steroids will not help you accomplish your goals either.
 
No I'm eating five meals a day 2-2.5 hours apart depending on classes. I work out every day with 4 days weight training and two days cardio one day rest. I am eating right just wanted to up my game so to speak. Been Reading around here and learnt a lot. Think I'm gonna take the advice an wait a while before I take and if I take. Any other advice u want to give me will be highly appreciated.

I'm 87kg 6foot1 and my body fat percent is 6-7%..

Meals:
1. Oats and 30g serving of whey.

2. Mixed veg (1cup) and meat (normally 150g tuna)

3. Peanut butter sandwiches (due to school)

4. I eat one hour before gym and I eat noodles with ham or chicken in it. Varies each day.

5.after gym I take a serving of whey (50g)

6. I eat pasta or a baked potatoe with meat (chicken,beef,pork, it varies)

my goals well I just want to increase my lean muscle mass. I don't want to pick up fat but rather muscle.

I was on a creatine supplement but I wasn't taking it properly so still gotta try that again.

As for the "pinkies", I think they are dbol 5mg tabs. Will have more info on Monday however.

Oh yes I also drink 2-3 litres of water a day
 
working out as much as you are will strain your central nervous system. max 2 days training in a row. also how much do you sleep as this is when your body repairs torn fibers and grows. as for your diet it doesnt seem too balanced.


STAY OF THE ROIDS. of course ul go do them as you will know best, and you want to show of at school. you wil close your growth plates and do alot of harm as you have far to little knowledge.
 
By balanced do you mean that I'm not getting my carbs and protein and vitamins from enough sources?
I sleep roughly 8 hours.
No I'm not ignorant either I have been Reading a lot an I won't just take them because I wanna show off and such.
I do take a multivit as well forgot to say that.
So you suggest I gym two days then rest then two days then rest?
 
i train one day on one day off, monitor your fat intake and make sure u get enough complex carbohydrates not just carbohydrates from sugars. i sleep mim of 9 hours avg of ten but i love sleep haha. try getting an hour or 2 more and unbroken sleep.

I know what they are bro, there actually anabol which is the same shit, but just thought it was funny you called them "pinkies" lol.
