History: I used roids just 1 time (4 shots of deca + 4 shots of sustanon 250) around 9 years ago, then I used prohormones Haladrol 50 , just 1 boxes (around 6 years ago).
Got my 2nd blood test back (my first blood test was 1 year ago at that time my Total test was= 2.6 ng/ml (1.66-8.77), then I hired to 3J for 3 months to change my nutrition and improve my work out (I down from 20%BF to 11%BF) , 8 months later looks like my total Test is normal, but I still feel like tired all the time, just sleeping 5-6 hours/day and 1 year using melatonine for sleep support. I'm 39 years, good diet, workout 4-5 days a week, low Libido, I work aprox. 65 hours/week.
My plan is to hire the next month to 3J but I also want to start my 1st real cicle (500mg Test E/week for 12 weeks)
My concern about my results are the FSH/LH, are low, its ok? how the low FSH/LH will affect me?
Total test= 4.48 ng/ml (1.66-8.77 reference value)
Free test= 23.6 pg/ml ( 4.5 - 42)
FSH= 1.88 mUI/ml (0.95-11.95)
LH=2.71 mUI/ml (1.14 – 8.75)
Progesterone= 0.2 ng/ml (>0.1-0.2)
Prolactin = 13.31 ng/ml (3.46-19-40)
Any help or advice would be great thanks
