help with bi's

wzap everyone,
I have a problem with my bi's, I guess you can call it genetic. Basically my bis look like they have been shifted over towards my shoulder. They have good size, peak and all, but theres a gap between my bis and elbows, and no gap on the other end by the shoulders.
What could I do to solve the problem? I never do the same routine week after week, but stick to these movements with strict form, moderate to heavy weight -
db curl, sometimes wrists way out
barbell curl, sometimes with ez bar
preachers
concentrations
concentrations with arm hanging over (straight side) of preacher pad
and sometimes one arm cable curls across body, or high cables (mimicking bi pose) to finish them off

thanks in advance

For the most part you answered your own question; bicep shape is largely genetic.

You can probaby alter the shape somewhat as size gets added, but everyone has a limited amount to work with.

Same for me.
Preachers are supposed to help.
Hammers too.

It is moslty genetics though.

Yeah you pretty much already answered your question. Your muscle size, shape, etc., and insertions are all genetic and that's your problem. What you can do to help, but it won't fix it is strict preacher curls and hammer curls like stated before. Preacher curls will help lengthen the biceps some but it can't close the gap all the way of course.

make sure not to cheat at the bottom of movement. full extension and keep the elbows forward a bit thru the entire motion. very easy to cheatr on culrs and use delts. see it all the time. guys with 135 doin swing the weights up curls. if they did them properly they couldnt even curl 65lbs. used to be a guy in our gym doin curls with the 85lb dbs. god it was ugly. looked like tarzan swinging thru the jungle. same guy would do half squats with yelling included. i was ashamed to be in the gym. he finally left, thank god.

ya there is a guy here that works out- dont get me wrong- big muther fucker... and big ass arms... but his form is just shitty! swings on everything, half rep's everthing... i just sigh and shake my head...

I got great results out of dumbell curls facing the freestanding incline bench. I have the same problem with mine. It's an odd exercise but worth a go.

For some reason I can't do Bis without my forearms getting so tight to the point where I can't concentrate my Bis anymore. Any ideas?
Thank You
