I have been learning to diet for last two years and strictly following either a bulker/cutting diets for the last year and i have come to the conclusion that i am very carb sensitive...
Now i am trying to cut this last bit of fat and i have been cutting all carbs out except for about 30-60 i have post workout. My results have stopped and im pretty sure i have my calories low enough to still be seeing results, i would cut all my carbs but when i do that i lose all the fullness and my muscles look so flat.... so im wondering would carb cycling be better for me or a keto diet (I dont know much about these type of diets because i have always focused on bulking) so if i could get some info or feedbk on this that would be great
