help with dips...

hey guys, need some help on my form when doing dips (for chest) i'm having a hard time keeping my body parallel to the floor. The problem i think is not being able to keep my legs behind me.. any suggestions? I'm trying to keep my chin tucked into my chest and pointing my elbows out...

Have someone spot you by holding your feet behind you. They dont help to lift you up, only control your feet.
