the girl that i am dating wants to loose 10-15lbs. her diet is prety good and she does aroebics 4-5 times a week would clen or t-3 help out dramaticly or would something use be better?

Instead of her diet being pretty good, get it really good and have her start lifting weights in adition to the cardio. It's a healthier way to change the body and it's something that will last unlike once the drugs are gone. Just adding a few lbs. of muscle will increase her metabolism even when at rest. Most women who start lifting may not see a decrease in weight on the scale but their clothes will fit differently as they lean out...muscle is denser than fat.
