Help with inflamed gland or gyno issue

Well been working with 3 j and getting trt protocol dialed in for three months and really seeing and feeling inprovement and drop in BF and started checking out my nipples after studying up on gyno and I found 2 about 2x size of a pea lumps 1 over each nipple (right above the areola) a little tender to the touch. They are not visable but I want to address it as soon as possible.

Just had blood work last week regular E2 looks good still waiting on sensitive results.

Any advice would be greatly appriciated.

I agree with Jimi on starting ralox.
Start at 60mg ed for 6 weeks then increase to 80mg if necessary - remember that gyno reversal is a long term process so dont expect results anytime soon.

Your bloodwork seems fine but, as Mega said in that thread, I would like to see peak estradiol levels just to make sure nothing is being underestimated.
Controlling e2 is key to make the gyno reversal process as smooth as possible so you will need to keep getting regular bloodwork in future to ensure its in range.

Peak blood work will be done next week.

Ralox is ordered.

So this is what gyno feels like? New to this. Most of the threads I've searched describe pea size lumps under nips and enlarging nipple/areola area. Have read about gland flare ups to just don't want to try and correct somethings that doesn't need to be.

I've been told ralox is tough on the liver. I ran it 3 weeks and my gyno went away, just had tiny lumps under each nipple

Just got back sensitive E2 results

Estradiol, Sensitive 9 3-70 pg/mL

My e2 is in control i shouldn't be having any issues with gyno right?

Maybe just high BF issue

What other hormones were tested and can you post those results as well?
Also stop the letro, just take tamox till the ralox arrives then take that.

Crazy how big of a disparity there is between sensitive and normal assays. You're definitely in good hands with Jimi and Ripped. I wouldn't mess with E2, keep it there and stick with that ralox.

You may have had gyno all along (assuming that's what it is - blocked ducts can have a very similar set of symptoms) and are just now noticing it as you are losing fat from your chest.

My .02c :)

Yes after losing some fat. Never had an issue with gyno growing up.

After shower yesterday it looks like a light white ring around areola that combined with the little bump above from what I've read these are tell tale signs.

I 've been poking and proding for tha last couple of days so maybe I'm causing some of these issues.

The only way to know for sure is ultrasound/mamogram but i think i will wait another week or so before I pull the pin on those and start the rolax as soon as it comes in.

Thanks for your time

the best way to find out is a mammogram and ultrasound.. i went through this process because i get bitch tits when i add bodyfat..

it was clear.. no mass.. no gyno.. technically i have "lypomastia" lol who would have thought
