Help with inflamed gland or gyno issue

Going to wait a couple weeks and see where I'm at.

With this body recomp I'm doing with you I'm noticing every little thing.

Over all have felt thus good in years. I'm also looking alot better.

While waiting on Rolax started letro .25mg and tomax 40mg a day.

your estro is normal, dont use an AI, crashign estrgen to try rid of gyno is unhealthy and not optimal. use the SERM. use tamox till you get ralox if anything.

also understadn that in many cases when gyno is well established the only thing that will rid the gland for sure is getting it cut out sadly...

Yes after losing some fat. Never had an issue with gyno growing up.

After shower yesterday it looks like a light white ring around areola that combined with the little bump above from what I've read these are tell tale signs.

I 've been poking and proding for tha last couple of days so maybe I'm causing some of these issues.

The only way to know for sure is ultrasound/mamogram but i think i will wait another week or so before I pull the pin on those and start the rolax as soon as it comes in.

I hope you know touching and stimulating your nips/glands will only make it worse.... stop touching them.. check once a day if need be...

Here is an update on this issue.

After a 4 days of tomax and a little over a week on rolax painful bumps are gone. That being said I kept my appoint with my PCP.

Well I told him about what was going on didn't tell him about the self treating but the bumps went away. He said ok sounds like gyno asked about my trt protocol and said I probably need an AI for estrogen management and he started writeng an order to test for estrogen and I informed him I had bw done and estrogen was in range.

He asked who ordered it I told him I got it online and he flipped out about it being unethical for them to offer theseveral services without even seeing the patient. We'll I won't let him know about any more blood test results that's for sure.
