Help with lagging rear delts

My rear delts are lagging behind. Guess I didn't know about working rear delts the first 2yrs I was lifting weights. I've currently been doing rear delt work just w/shoulders once a week, but was wondering if i could do them on shoulder day and chest day?? Would that help stimulate them to grow faster or would that be overtraining??
 
rear delts gets real hard during heavy back days...that would help a lot.
deadlifts included...
on your chest/shoulder day...keep it simple...eventually, it will catch up..

Good advice. I learned that threw error. I used to blast my shoulders each week and could never fiqure out why they didn't help increase my bench. They were gettin hit to hard.
