hi, trying to lose some weight drasticly in the next 8-10 weeks. I will be used clen and t3. just wanted to know how I shud be breaking up my c/v and weights??? any help would be greatly recieved, thanks.

p.s. diets looking like this:
Meal 1 7.00am
2 large whole 167 12.2 1.3 12.3

Meal 2 11.00
chichen breast w/out skin
hardboiled egg

Meal 3 1.00pm
Tuna Salad 383 19 19.3 32.9

Meal 4 3.00pm

Meal 5 5.00pm
chicken and salad sandwich 297 7.2 41.4 18



WORKOUT (Creatine shake) -7/8pm

Meal 6 (post work out) 8.30/9.30pm
CNP promass 391 2.9 55 36.2
rice crackers x3 123 1.8 23.7 2.4

10.00-11.00 bed time!
