Today i did chest and tricep session 2day,
Flat Bench 5x5
Flys 3 sets 6,4,4
Incline Press 3 sets 6,4,4
Tricep Pushdown 4 sets 6,6,4,4
French Press 10,8
2mrw i am planning 2 do back and biceps, i know i will b sore in my chest and tris from 2days workpout, do u reccomend i take a day off 2 rest, or wont it really effect me much?
Back and Bi work out is
Chin Ups 5x5
One arm rows 4 sets 6,6,4,4
Machine Rows 10,8
Precher Curl 5x5
Standing barbell 6,6,4,4
