I'm currently 22yrs. old 5'10 215 and I'm going to be running a cycle of test 300 and eq 300. I was thinking using a 23 or 25ga. 1 inch needle. I'm looking for any tips, advice, and workouts to help bulk while still cut. I understand I'm young and the goals I want to achieve can be done naturally but I had two Labral slap tears, dislocated shoulder, and tore part of my bicep were it connected with my shoulder and it has been a task to get the gains and strength back to where I was a year ago.

15 reps 3 sets each, light rest; bike or treadmill/ elliptical 7 to start.. 7 to finish..
