here I am, back in action again
Just getting back into the game after a long haul with spinal meningitis. Ive got 7 years of on and off training under my belt, and now its time to get YOKED again!!!!
32 years old 180lbs 6'1" tall. Im going all natural until spring time ish. Ill post progress pics along the way.
