Hey guys, I started my recomp cycle on Wednesday. I did a 2 week cruise before that to give my mind a break from tren and my body to reduce its tolerance to the same steroids.
I decided the following:
100mg tren ace ed
100mg test prop ed
25mg dbol ed switch to 50-100mg var in 4weeks
I should be receiving my proviron in around 4weeks. Masteron gives me bad acne, but does wonders to me. So I decided to use oral proviron at around 100-200mg. Will enhance the effects of my test. Might make me look sharper. It's a very week steroid supposedly, I hope I like it.
For peptides I decided the following:
Ipam + cjc no dac + frag 200/100/500mcg with my fasted morning cardio/abs.
Ipam + cjc no dac + lr3 200/100/50 post workout.
Ipam + cjc no dac + frag 500/100/500 before bed (boom dose ipam).
Injectable Human Grade Vitamin B12 1mg every morning.
I decided not to combine lr3 and des together, because I had gyno issues which I fixed with Raloxiphene (SERM) and igf can multiply cells in my gyno if still existent and make it worse. It happened once, now I know what doses to use and which to priotize. I will be alternating lr3 and des every 4weeks. Des will be at 60mcg bilaterally split (30/30) intra-workout.
I am currently not taking any stims and been off of them for over a month. Started creatine again because lr3 will easily shuttle it in my muscles.
I am currently still using 60mg Ralox ed to completely cure my prolactin induced gynocomastia from my previous heavy tren cycle.
Apart of that, I am mainly worried about my estrogen and prolactin levels. I get acne from messing alot with my AI to find the good feel for the dosage. Usually if my e2 is controlled, my prolactin levels should also be in range.
What Arimidex dose would you guys suggest me to use? And would you still recommend something like Caber or Prami? I find that prolactin antagonists are what make me feel bad on cycle. I want to depend on as few drugs as possible. The less the better.
