heres my cycle but getting tired

w 1-4 /40 mg dbol 4x a day ed
w 1/5 Testoviron 1cc every three days
w 5/10 test prop 1cc eod may up a little
w 6/10 sustamed 1cc every 3 days
during .5 ldex
Pct. nolva

I'm in week two diet good could be better workouts 1hr 1/2 to 1hr varies
chest /arms day 1
legs/calves/traps day 2
shoulder/tri day 3
off day 4
getting very tired is estrogen problem? maybe layoff dex for a week or so then if persits bloodwork. Two weeks lots of power and noticable size dont want to mess to much with it any tips? Thank you guys
 
The dbol you said 40mg 4x a day im assuming you meant 40 mg total for the day, I hope, how often are you running the adex @. 5
 
Dbol does this to a lot of guys. It's possible your diet is more protein than carbs(energy), so thats normal too. Probably more Aromatase inhibitor (AI) than you need, but everybody's different and only you can find that sweet spot.

adex every other day. the reason for this is I retain water like a bitch no matter what Im on. I'm going to play with the dbol maybe 10 mg in morning and 30 mg a hour and half before workout I'm not so sure im buying the spread throughout day thing on those bastards Thanks for the input though guys.

Thank you I was actually re-valuating my diet and I was thinking more carbs just while on the dbol then cutting back to my diet now thank you
 
I know guys who takd them all before workout and have good results its not proven to better to spread them out just a theory, and yes dbol does make some people feel lethargic

UDCA good for liver care ( Ursodeoxycholic acid)? What are best liver protectors and cleansers besides liv-52 which is what I have?
 
I'm saying milk thistle is for liver protection and that I heard arimidex may give you the shits. There is another liver protectant I know of but cannot remember.... Pear Guava extract ???? IDK try looking em up there are a few.
 
I don't understand why you are only running the prop for 5 weeks? Also sust for 6 weeks. You arent going to benefit nearly as much. Actually you're just scratching the surface of solid gains.

My opininion:

Prop at least 8 weeks

Sust at least 12 weeks
 
Week 4 shop gone running strong energy back up.after dropping dbol note experimented dbol 10 main morning the rest 1 1/2 before workout was best for me tried through out day it sucked and yes my diets good this is what worked for me. Thinking of upping to 600 mg of test prop any thoughts
