Thanks guys this is me taken a few days ago still bulking at 252 5'10" and abs are still there happy with the results I am on Oxide 350sus at 700 week and deca200 q.v at 400 week. Almost out of test just ordered some more cant wait to get it its like x-mas every time..lol
