HGH questions

I am tappering off my very forst cycle of Clen, and waiting for my first HcG order. Ive tried to do as much research as possible. I keep getting mixed articles. Ive read Im supposed to take ephedrine after tappering off the Clen. I am 29., 5'2", and 175( i was 215 6 months ago. Im not looking for any "easy out", i beat the gyms ass 5-6 days a week. I eat 1000 calories a day( eating dinner on a saucer plate instead of a huge dinner plate works great). any suggestions, or websites that have accurate info? Thank you ladies so much!

Your caloric intake is tiny, diet diet diet by eating smart not eating little! Like Mt-Momma says, go to the diet forum. It will get you in the right direction.

You are definitely not eaing enough, u must eat enough to lose weight, in a way your body is like a camel (eat too little & it will store fat) you want to go 500 calories below your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) This, with a good training routine is what will help u accomplish your fitness goals.

I'm not a fan of clen, to me the sides are not worth it's use.

Get off the clen and get some serious diet help. Start at the diet section on this forum.

I concur if your "beating the gym" 5-6 days a week a 1000 calories is not even close to enough to fuel that body. Clen in and of itself works best as a cutting mechanism once you are within ideal weight and BF range.

I know its easier said then done but based on stats posted clen should not even be part of the equation although you may see some benfits the downside is when you begin to fuel above that 1000 and are not on clen you may see a spike in weight again.....
