Is there really any difference between getting something like Test 250 mg/ml and 400mg/ml?

I assume there MIGHT be increased injection pain with the stronger concentration?

What are you even asking? Yes injection pain will hurt more due to concentration of the BA and actual compound of 400mg. Yes it's more potent...400mg that is
