High volume or low volume? Overtraining or undertraining

Just curious on what majority of you are using higher or lower volume, me personally I go with higher volume heavy weight roughly 30 sets chest 30 sets for back 30 sets for legs 15-18 sets for shoulders 15 sets biceps and same for triceps...seems to be the only way my body responds ..I just can't be in the gym 20 minutes do 5 sets and be done lol I go to workout and push my body to the limits, but I constantly read how majority of people think anything over 10 sets is overtraining, to me sounds like an excuse for them undertraining?

do 35 sets per body part and you"ll get bigger.

when the stops working do 40.

when that stops do 45

thats how it works in this game more is better!!!!

Just ask dorian yates.
