Hitting muscles from every angle

There are so many ways to train muscles, for example , for chest , flat incline, decline, with dumbells, or barbell. Shoulders u have front rear and side. Do you guys alternate each week to hit them differently. If I want to hit shoulders completly I'd to front raises side laterals and rear all in one day. What are u guys doin
 
If you are hitting the muscles every day then it is really nice there are so many ways to train the muscles such as for chest , flat incline, decline, with dumbells, or barbell. Shoulders you have front rear and side and so on with these your muscles can be hitting.

ya I was really hoping this thread would have some good information on different reutines for isolating differnt parts of each muscle... Ohh well. :)
 
This thread would have some good and best information on different parts of each muscle of our body. This is such a nice thread.You can do exercise in proper way then its not Hitting muscles from every angle. You feel like relax.
 
Changing up the exercises but still targeting the desires muscle group is the most effective way. I do not do one exericise for longer then 4 weeks.
