Im 26 years old and just did my first cycle of test a few months ago. A month or so after my post cycle therapy (pct) ended I started feeling really tired, low sex drive and depression. I went to the doc and they tested my hormones.

Test total: 30.9 ng/DL
SHGB: 15.56 nmol/I
Estradiol <12 pg/nl
LH <1.0 MIU/ml
FSH 1.5 MIU/ml

Basically my test is shutting down. My doctor said my pituitary is not producing any LH which is there for not producing any natural test. He put me on a low dose of TRT. Androderm 2mg patch daily. He said the goal here is to try to stimulate my pituitary to making LH again. I just started today. Hope this works....

I brought up clomid and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to him and he said this is the better option to get my pituitary going again.

Has anyone every tried these patches or has feedback/advice greatly appreciated.

Man, I hope that all works out. I would be interested in hearing what your cycle consisted of and how you did PCT.

Your doctor is a first class idiot. You need to see an endocrinologist if you don't want to be on testosterone for the rest of your life. You were right on about the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and clomid. Exogenous testosterone will in no way jump start your pituitary. Most general practitioners are completely ignorant of this type of medical treatment.

Damn, thats a little scary. I, too, would like to hear more about you cycle. I hope everything starts getting better for you bro. Def seen an endocrinologist like thechosenone said
