hot tubs v. sauna

Is either of the following good to sit in after a good work-out:

1. hot tub
2. sauna

Depending on answer, is there a min/max time one should spend in it?

i have a steam room in my house...its a pretty good way to relax after a workout...

To answer the origional question, both are grose as naked asses sit on the benches and the thought of going in public pools etc is also grose.

A shower is the most I would do at the gym, but I do that at home.

Just do what you want. They both heat up your body, but I like hot water better than hot air.

My gym is in an area with a high population of brown people. I always see fat, hairy, BO stinking men going into the hot tub. I walked by there a month ago and it was filled with brown people back hair and pubes.

My gym is real clean, but when cousin it and his family go in the hot tub you are going to get loads of body hairs floating in the water.

That shit is SICK!!!!!!!!!

Atleast if you go in the sauna you can keep a towel on and stay relatively clean.
