200mg Cyp - is that 1ml? If you're a runner why don't you inject delts? And my other suggestion is halve it and do it twice a week, 25g 3/4" delts: "What injection?" Seriously, zero pain, less T fluctuation . . .
I've injected quads once, pain for four days, sub-Q belly once, pain and swelling for five weeks, delts for every other time - zero pain, less time taken than cleaning my teeth. Had some blood dripping for the first time a week ago - five seconds of pressure and all done. Aside from that: perfect every time.
