how bad is eating steaks everyday??

Wow... so I have a penchant for short ribs, and apparently 1lb of short ribs has 1760 calories... the fuuuuckkkk? And 164 grams of fat (253% of recommended daily intake, with 71g of it being saturated fat)?!!?!?! Damn, I can easily wolf down 2lbs of ribs, I guess we will save that for bulking food and cheat days.

As for me, I don't eat very much red meat, although I love things like beef tartare or carpaccio. I'm more of a seafood kind of person, although that can be high in cholesterol and sodium depending on what you eat.
