My arms are 20" pumped but they don't feel like it. I have long arms so I guess they haven't filled out to what I believe is an ideal arm size for myself. I'm 240lbs 5'9 pretty lean I'd say under 10%bf. The first couple of years of bodybuilding all I ever did were biceps. Arms were exactly 10.5" when I started working out which is a little more then 6 years ago. Started training triceps really hard and packed on a lot of size these past few years. I find that super setting and tri sets really add even that extra bit of size.

Yeah thats true pittb...Ppl could have have 22" arms but that number doesnt do justice because the guy could be holding tonnes of fat.

I am with diverse_guy,,, @ 6'4, 235LBS & 8% BF, 20's just arent going to cut it. My goal is 22". "Havnt measured though" Got time and some crazy super sets to get it done. Oh, and Tri's are the secret!

PS Hoes like guns. The bigger they are the harder they hold on!

i gues im not to bad off...been natural for a while and im like 16.5 with bent arm, not hard flex....and thats cold.....plus i just started too soo i will get to 18" and im only 5'6" should look big enough on my frame

why is that? that was a very vauge statement and yes that is my arm size in that picture, just not a very massy body...with low BF...im up about 25lbs since that pic though so maybe it will get updated

6'2", ~238, 18.5" arms. This is the best I've ever been, but you get used to it fast, and I can't wait to hit 20s.

mine are 19" but like someone said the frame is a big part. i am 6'3" 278lbs i have a large frame and so my arms look somewhat small to me but everyone says they don't so i guess thats all that matters. i am 20 and i want 20"+ arms so bad it hurts but seems like after about 18 those inches are few and far between it takes a ton to get them
