13” – 15” – Small
15” – 17” – Medium
17” – 19” – Large
19” – 21” – XL
21” – 23” – XXL
23” – 25” – XXXL
25” – 27” – XXXXL

Damn, I'm only XL.......missed 2X by 1/2 of an inch.
 
hey needsize i think the question is where do you take the measurements at on the leg.

you got some purdy legs to bro. you blessed with that small ass waste and those tree trunks make for a nice look. congrats on some hard work paying off. very nice.

thanks, I measure them at the top where they are the thickest. I dont really compare my measurements to others anyway, just to my old ones to make sure that I keep getting bigger

the knees on the one we have are not in harms way. its a big platform so feet can be placed well in front of you.

this also the only gym i have been in that has a vertical hack. most are 45 degree or so.

I'm almost 30" at thickest and I don't think my legs are as thick as yours ........but hey, I'll take that :D

Really hard to measure there because of the hamstring, I'm around 23" looks like.

who's wheels are in the pic?? those are insane.........and i agree your legs are lagging if your 258 lbs w/ 26'ers. No offense by the why, just my opinion bro.
 
at the middle of the leg im 27 inches even, and 18 inch calves.

My goal is to get over 30's at middle of leg........preferably 31-32 inches, lately i've become obsessed w/ wanting big wheels. I want to look strong and be strong.
 
how wide is WIDE?

how far is 'wide'. my stance is just alittle past shoulder width. is this 'wide' or is it a good stance to receive good quad growth?

when guys like cutler list their stats, those are contest stats, which are nothing like normal as you will lose 2-4" easily getting down to contest shape. Mine look a lot bigger than they are thanks to my little girl frame, in this pic they are somewhere between 27-28"

If I measure from the floor to 1/2 way between knee and hip I get 26". Oh around?!?! Shit. :insane2:
 
sigh....sadly....21 inches...when i got my assessment a year ago, they were 18, the trainer laughed conceitedly (for being a fatass) i almost kicked him in the face while he was down there..fucker....
