hii....m going my workout from 4 month at that time my weight was 47kg/103lbs now i m 56kg/123.2lbs i really want to gain weight....which is the best gainer...i heard of mammoth.....should i go for it....in stating of my gym i have taken serious mass....plz help me...

shit ur young and skinny kid im your height and im walking around with a whole extra one of your body,grab a pen and write all the shit steven just said.thats all you need in your life right now eat up man.

I keep it simple and stuff my face with the foods you listed.
 
Damn. My girlfriend is 5 foot 8 and I wish she weighed 125lbs. LOL..... Yeah Bro, eat those foods I listed (meal every 2-3 hours) and at your weight also slap in a Protein shake between each meal. CALL ON 3J... HE CAN HELP YOU.....
