how can u tell if its water weight or fat on abs?

in like bright lighting i can see my abs but they look blurry and not as good, but in natural lighting they look so nice lol. so idk how u can tell between water vs fat
 
Consume zero to 20g of carbs for a week, and zero added sodium. If it's water, you'll see a drastic difference at the end of the week.

that would make me depleted though right? i think il start the ec stack, the caffeine will drop some water without cutting carbs

Yes, it would deplete glycogen, which is mostly.... water. ;)

Caffeine is a poor diuretic, but of course it's going to be easier.

i was once taking 600mg caffeine a day, dropped like 1lb a day until i got flat. imagine keto with the ec stack lol. but i heard if u see ur abs but their like blurry looking especially lower its mainly water with some fat, but if its not showing its obviosly fat

I consume a gram of caffeine every day, often with 50mg of ephedrine when not using albuterol/clenbuterol and am in ketosis while cutting - I honestly see no difference outside the ketosis with regards to water retention.

I prefer ankles at the sock line to gauge water retention personally as there isn't much else it can be in that area other than water.

Doing ab work just makes my abs stand up and have a blocky appearance. But as I'm currently around 14% body fat, my lower abs are quite hidden regardless of water retention.

Do a whatever stack instead of a quick fat vs water for 1 f n week ? Ur so vain..I bet you think tthis thread is about you, don t you don t you ?

Kidding OP u can tell me to get bent but come on dude.

I go on low sodium high water spell s for the same reason and also see what type of divet my sock leaves...or how much my cheek s move going over a speed bump...no really. My face, lucky me holds water like a pregnant fat chick eating beef jerky...
 
I am allergic to caffeine and cant use it. Headaches hot flashes & jitters just to name a few things about it.
