Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Where is the rule stating this about 30 posts to be able to send a PM? I was having the same issue and searched all over for a reason that I couldn't send one and found nothing except for this post. It should at least issue a message explaining the post requirement instead of simply saying that you don't have access to the feature.

if you guys would open your eyes and read before you start complaining it would help. look at the top of this forums thread and you will see a sticky thread that explains this. there are sticky threads on nearly every forum on the internet , READ THEM.
