how do can i get bigger bis and tris help anyone???

hey im 17 rit now and my bics are 15'' but i need them to be around 18 for up-coming hockey anyone hav any good ideas or as 2 supplements .... i hav been takin BSN products are those worth it u think what woulld be a good product for vascularity size and pump ???? it'd be much appreciated thx
 
You aren't going to be putting 3 inches on your arms in a matter of weeks, sorry to disappoint you. By the way, in your other thread you said you were 19.
 
putting 3" on your arms could take years. but start doing heavy compund movements now and youll get there.
close grip bench
deadlifts
rows barbell curls
squat
squat
squat
 
Well first of and you guys know this. Its your diet. You will need to put on around 10lbs of mucle per inch give or take including with the weightlifting. Compound exercizes will make them grow. Lift heavy!
 
What type of program are you on right now?

How long have you been training.

Your 17 and relying on supplements for this and that.

Diet and the amount of protein intake along with hard training and heavy weights as mentioned above

second. why the fuck do you need big arms for hockey? your better off trying to strengthen your wrists and forearms , instead of bis.

third - switch to geico insurance
 
To have bigger arms you need to gain general body mass. Train with compound exercises and have a good and clean bulking diet. I'll take years for them to grow 3''.
 
sry i didnt clarify myself more i play football in fall hockey in winter and lax in spring and alll the guys now are counting on me to step it up more since i am the power house of my western part of the state ive been lifting since i was 13 and now (17) i had hit the wrong button im not the best typer around lo9l and yes i have been strengthening my wrists and forearms but i am mostly a hitting kind of a guy for the team... i hav been doin supersets laso ..... and wat exactly is this SYNTHOL ESIK-CLEAN u have talkd about ??? is it any good ??? thx for the help guys and i have nevr heard if u take simple ugars it helps lol but my friends and i nevr eveen thot of that is this a joke or ...?????? thx agen

Now it all makes sense. You need biceps in order to hit harder. :insane2:
