sry i didnt clarify myself more i play football in fall hockey in winter and lax in spring and alll the guys now are counting on me to step it up more since i am the power house of my western part of the state ive been lifting since i was 13 and now (17) i had hit the wrong button im not the best typer around lo9l and yes i have been strengthening my wrists and forearms but i am mostly a hitting kind of a guy for the team... i hav been doin supersets laso ..... and wat exactly is this SYNTHOL ESIK-CLEAN u have talkd about ??? is it any good ??? thx for the help guys and i have nevr heard if u take simple ugars it helps lol but my friends and i nevr eveen thot of that is this a joke or ...?????? thx agen
