How do i dose

I have trenbolone acetate and winstrol, i don't know how much to use daily and for how long, can i use the tren by it self or will that screw up my body, let me know whats up. I need tips and a good guide to follow.

Im 23 yrs old im 170lbs, i have done one cycle before sus 250, got some good gains but lost all of them, i heard tren acet will do some wonders and will make me a lot bigger and ill be able to keep my gains i just want to know how to dose the right way with the tren acet and the winstrol, let me know wha i should ecpect i wanna do this the right way so i dont hurt myself, thanks

If you want to get "a lot bigger" tren and winstrol isnt the best cycle to take
You should really look into your diet your only 170 pounds.
and it doesnt matter what you take if its tren or test if your not running the proper PCT or training/eating your going to lose your gains.
