I'm doing my PCT right now: 50mg clomid, 20mg tamox. daily X 4 weeks.

I came off my last cycle two months ago (test E 500mg, Deca250/wk, 10 wks) and am finishing up my 4 week PCT.

I feel good and have no sides.

So, how do you know if your body has recovered?
When could I start my nxt cycle?

BTW. Im 40yrs old, 18%BF, 205lbs. and dropping slowly :( I Was 210 at the end of the cycle. this nxt one will be my third cycle.

thanks.

Blaze is correct. The only way to truely know is to go to the doctor. Just because you feel fine doesnt mean that you actually are-if you get my point.

I'm doing my post cycle therapy (pct) right now: 50mg clomid, 20mg tamox. daily X 4 weeks.

The only way to really know when your body has returned to homeostatsis is if you have blood done - pre-cycle, post-cycle, and again post-post cycle therapy (pct).

As for starting your next cycle, the rule of thumb for running another hormonal cycle after the completion of one is "Time On + post cycle therapy (pct) = Time Off", where "time on" is the length of time of the cycle just run, and "post cycle therapy (pct)" is the length of time for the post cycle therapy (pct) of the cycle just run. At a minimum, a month (i.e. ~4 weeks) is the shortest period of time you should consider before running another hormonal cycle - the longer your "time off", the better.

I agree with most of that but if your only going to take 4 weeks off you might as well stay on and cruise at a low dose of test then cycle. Hormones would be all over the place if you jump back on rite after PCT.
